It rained; I shut my eyes pretending to be asleep

The smell of the wet soil and the music of the rain drop

Stirred up everything I let go off,

If it won’t rain enough to drench my soul, why taunt me?

Knowing very well, still my eyes wait at the door

Dreams carry me on wings, making up stories not for others

I live happily ever after in my dreams.

I lie awake looking at at the night sky

Searching for my luck amidst the shining stars

Then slowly in its embrace I become this little girl
